Turnaround Times:
Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for your order to be completed. Apparel orders are placed with our wholesale suppliers every other Sunday. Orders must be placed/paid for by that Saturday to be included in the upcoming Sunday order. Orders received after the cutoff will be placed with the following apparel order.

Please also keep in mind that custom, bulk, and special order items may have different turnaround times.

Because these items are embroidered, personalized, or handmade, returns are not accepted unless there is an issue with the order on my end.

Cancellations
❌ I do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Please make sure to read the full description, processing time, and shipping estimate before purchasing. Once your order is placed, time and materials may already be committed to fulfilling your item.

Shipping
💌 Once your order has been dropped off and scanned by the shipping carrier, transit time is out of my control. Delays can happen during holidays, busy seasons, weather events, or carrier congestion.

If your package appears delayed, missing, or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.

If your item arrives damaged, please message me with photos of the item and packaging so I can help determine the best next step.
