Standard shipping is $8.00. Express shipping is $15.00. Standard Free shipping is offered for orders over $100! 
We also offer Pickup locations. Wichita, KS and Kingfisher, OK. Kingfisher has a longer wait time as I do not live there, but have family that does!
All orders are made to order and are completed ASAP. TAT is 7 days.

No returns or refunds on custom items. Orders can only be cancelled if I have not ordered items to stitch. If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our end, please notify us within 3 days of delivery so it can be reviewed.

Please double check spelling, dates, and wording before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer (spelling, punctuation, dates, or formatting).

Payment is due at the time of ordering.
Items are ordered once payment is received.
