Shipping & Pickup

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Local pickup is available in Wichita, KS.

All items are made to order. Apparel orders are placed with our wholesale suppliers every other Sunday. Current turnaround time is approximately 2–3 weeks, plus shipping time when applicable. Turnaround may vary depending on when your order is placed in relation to the next apparel order date.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations on custom or personalized items.

If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our end, please contact us within 3 days of delivery or pickup so we can review the issue and make it right.

Please double-check all spelling, dates, wording, sizing, colors, and personalization details before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors in information provided by the customer.

Order & Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of ordering. Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been received.

Apparel orders are placed with our wholesale suppliers every other Sunday. Payment must be received by the applicable order cutoff to be included in that apparel order. Orders received after the cutoff will be included in the next scheduled order.
