This $10 Custom Order Deposit allows you to begin the custom-order process with MaddieTayEmbroidery. After purchasing, we’ll work together to finalize your item, design, colors, personalization, placement, and final pricing.

Your $10 deposit will be credited toward your final order total.

Choose the tier that best fits your idea

Tier 1 — Simple + Minimal
Best for names, monograms, small wording, simple left-chest embroidery, small personalized gifts, or simple graphic tees.

Tier 2 — Custom + Personalized
Best for custom wording, personalized embroidery designs, larger center-chest designs, custom thread colors, inspiration-based designs, or basic appliqué.

Tier 3 — Detailed + Multiple Locations
Best for front + sleeve embroidery, multiple embroidery locations, larger or more detailed designs, multiple names or dates, detailed appliqué, or specialty placement.

Tier 4 — Specialty / Help Me Decide
Best for sequin appliqué, puff embroidery, larger multi-hoop designs, more complicated custom ideas, or if you aren’t sure which tier fits your project.

What happens after you order?

After your deposit is submitted, I’ll work with you to finalize details such as:

• Item or apparel type
• Size
• Color
• Embroidery, graphic, appliqué, or other technique
• Design
• Thread or graphic colors
• Placement
• Personalization
• Quantity
• Final pricing

You’re welcome to send inspiration photos, screenshots, logos, colors, wording, or anything else that helps show what you’re envisioning.

Pricing

The $10 deposit is not the full cost of your finished item.

Typical starting prices include:

Embroidered tees: $30+
Embroidered sweatshirts: $40+
Hats: $30+
Bags/totes: $30+

Final pricing varies based on the item selected, design complexity, stitch count, number of embroidery locations, personalization, specialty techniques, and blank/apparel cost.

Deposit Policy

• The $10 deposit will be credited toward your final order total.
• Deposits are non-refundable once design work has begun.
• If you decide not to move forward with your order after design work has started, the deposit will not be refunded.
• Any remaining balance must be paid before apparel or other items are ordered and before production begins.

Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time is approximately 2–3 weeks after final payment and design approval, unless otherwise discussed.

Specialty items, preorders, or items requiring custom ordering may have a longer turnaround time.
